Entrepreneur Journal
Date: 01/07/16

Lessons Learned:
1)       This week I learned about the importance of journaling to make my hero’s journey honest and successful. It acts as a mirror and will not lie to me in the future about my successes and failures. It will also give me a chance to review my progress to show me where I am heading and if I like that direction that I am taking.
2)       I also learned about the importance of making friends with people who will help me succeed in life and work. People are like chameleons because they can’t change their colors to whatever they want, they just to match their environment. A Good friend can mean the difference between success and failure.
3)       I learned the importance of taking risks. Risks are very important in everything and we are evolutionary made to avoid risks so sometimes the risk isn’t actually all that bad. If something can be reversed after it has started then it isn’t all that big of a risk.

Lessons Not Yet Learned:
1)      I need to learn to live like the lessons have outlined and learn stick with journaling, taking risks, and following my dreams.
2)      I need to learn to dream big but take small steps. I have always either dreamed to small or taken too big of steps. It is really a balancing act one that I have to master in the future.
3)      I need to find out what my “calling” is. For that I need to do three things.
a. Follow a gift or strength.
b. Do something that I am deeply passionate about.
c. Fill a burning need in the world.
4)      I need to learn to make plans for my future, multiple that all act for the same thing. A plan A-Z for whatever may come up that stands in my way for achieving my goal.
