Lessons Learned:
1)
This week
seemed to really focus on honesty and moral guidelines. The lessons taught us
about our moral guard rails or limits we put on ourselves to keep us from doing
anything illegal or morally compromising.
2)
We also
read the case study and it challenged us to come up with the best solution for
Magdalena Yesil. I said that she should do what her hear tells her. She doesn’t
need the extra money because he lives a frugal life and with her track record
she would most likely be successful in any venture she decides to go with.
3)
I learned
that it is ok for me to be me. I really want to start a business and nothing is
going to stop me from making the business that I want instead of what people
might think will be successful.
Lessons Not Yet Learned:
1)
I still need to learn how to show absolute
integrity in my dealings with my fellow man. I would like to think that I am
honest and do what is right, but I know that I can always improve and do what
is right more often. It is hard to always do the right thing in every situation
and I hope that I will do that from now on, but the only way to see how well I
do is to try my hardest see how honorable I can be in my business.
