Entrepreneur Journal
Date: 01/28/16

Lessons Learned:
1)      This week we made our personal constitutions, I was able to come up with five things that I would like to improve on throughout my life and it will give me a good guideline to follow which will also be sure to keep me out of jail.
2)      Good decisions make a business better, not hard work. Hard work helps but Nokia started out as a boot company and eventually became the top cellphone company in the world. That means any company could become the biggest or best company as long as the people in charge make the best decisions for the company possible.
3)      I learned that we should do what we love not just because we will love doing it, but also because it is what we will do best. If someone loves what they do they will be better at that than someone that isn’t as passionate about it.
4)      We learned that it is the little things in life that really matter, things such as our relationships. Our relationships with ourselves, others, and God.

Lessons Not Yet Learned:
1)      I need to keep with my personal constitution. Take all of the daily, short, and long term goals and follow them as I have laid out. It will be difficult but they are all goals that I know I can reach.

2)      I still need to read the Italia Factoria Case Study. After I have read it I need to learn from other people’s experiences.
